Dairy Joy Farms, located in the lush countryside of Devlavas, Pataudi, spans over 10 sprawling acres and stands as one of the largest dairy farms in the Delhi/NCR region. It’s the only farm in the area where HF cows, desi cows, and buffaloes are all nurtured under one roof, creating a diverse and balanced dairy ecosystem. Currently home to 100 HF cows, buffaloes, and native desi cows, the farm is designed with a capacity to expand its herd to 500 animals in the future. At Dairy Joy Farms, we prioritise the health and well-being of our animals, providing them with a meticulously balanced diet that’s crafted for optimal nutrition and energy. We cultivate fresh green fodder right on our farm, ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality feed for our livestock. Our feeding program is designed under the careful supervision of qualified veterinary doctors, who monitor every aspect of our animals’ diets.
Using state-of-the-art, imported machinery from Europe, we prepare a Total Mixed Ration (TMR) that combines all essential nutrients in the right proportions to support the animals’ health and productivity. This scientific approach to feeding not only enhances the quality of milk but also promotes a sustainable and humane environment where our animals thrive.
At Dairy Joy Farms, we are proud to bring world-class technology to our operations with two advanced automated milking parlors from the renowned DeLaval company. We’ve dedicated one machine exclusively for our HF cows and another for our buffaloes and desi cows, optimizing the milking process for each breed. Unlike most dairies in the region, which rely on traditional hand-milking, we are among the very few in India to implement the cutting-edge DOVAC Technology milking parlour, ensuring precision, hygiene, and efficiency.
At our Integrated Dairy Farm, we ensure that every step from milking to packaging is designed for quality, freshness, and safety. Within minutes of milking, fresh milk flows through a PHE (Plate Heat Exchanger) pipeline, where it’s immediately chilled to 4°C and stored in specialized tanks. This rapid chilling process locks in the milk’s natural nutrients, preserving its freshness and ensuring that every drop you receive retains its full quality from farm to table.
Once chilled, the milk undergoes gentle pasteurization, making it safe to drink without the need for boiling. We then pack it in high-quality, barrier-proof bottles to protect against contaminants and prepare it for delivery to your doorstep. Additionally, on-site, we craft delicious dairy products like curd, ghee, and paneer, all using our fresh milk. From the milking parlor to your home, every process takes place under one roof, ensuring you enjoy only the best.
